The St. Louis Symphony Orchestra and the St. Louis Blues share a long-standing, fruitful relationship. For several years, the Blues and the SLSO have teamed up to hold a National Anthem contest – the winner of which performs at a Blues home game. And in 2017, the Blues and the SLSO collaborated on a fun-filled Family Concert: Athletes of the Orchestra.
On June 2, the SLSO played a surprise encore to its 2019/2020 Preview Concert: the St. Louis Blues March, arranged by Richard Hayman.
The SLSO salutes the St. Louis Blues with its rendition of the St. Louis Blues March as the Blues march toward claiming their first Stanley Cup.
